DESCRIPTION: Come do all the moves that feel silly and embarrassing! Come prepared to go by the energy of the room as opposed to a count. Come prepared to share the floor with some awesome thinkers and movers. We'll elongate, we'll listen, we'll flow, we'll stretch, we'll find new centers of gravity. We'll do some fun warmups and a cool short combo with lots of room for interpretation and expression. I'm super informal and there will be lots of laughing! All ambient and outer-space like music and sounds by me!
