DESCRIPTION:
We're so back!!! Elongating, mirroring, losing our balance, gluing ourselves to the air and the ground. Come join a class with infinite interpretive opportunities. Fun framework of choreography offered - but the space is entirely your own. We’ll do some fun warmups where we get used to our own presence and absence. Slipstreaming, shadowing ourselves and echoing each other. Then we'll jump into a short combo. I’m super informal!! There will be lots of laughing! Come have fun:-) :-) Let's all be movers in our own ways :-) All ambient and outer-space like music and sounds by me.
