DESCRIPTION: Embrace your curiosity in this somatic improvisation class! Movement and movement choices will be explored in every aspect. There is an emphasis on how movement feels, not how it looks. Utilizing imagery and play, the class will explore new ways to move and think about movement, even if it’s a little weird!!
