DESCRIPTION: We’re bringing it back to your 2012 turns and progressions class. Think jazz class across the floor realness. We’ll start with a guided warmup to wake up and engage our muscles and joints and transition into across-the-floor work, focusing on jazz technique foundations including turns, progressions, jumps, and dynamic traveling phrases. Dancers can expect a mix of drills and combinations designed to build stability and power behind our fundamentals. This class is about refining technique while reconnecting with the joy of dancing by tapping into that nostalgic, high-energy feeling that made you fall in love with jazz in the first place. Come ready to move, groove, and leave with combinations that feel just as fun as they are challenging.
