This is a contemporary technique class with an emphasis on weight and groundedness. We will work through exercises that help us shed the mental and physical tension that may hold us in certain patterns, looking to find organic ways of initiating and moving without the extra decoration. This class will be high energy and not-so-serious; we'll be moving to become more in tune with our bodies and push for growth, not to prove ourselves or to look a certain way.
