DESCRIPTION: We start with an intentional stretch + conditioning practice designed to support dancers’ strength, alignment, and mobility. Rooted in practices inspired by yoga, pilates, and dance training, we’ll wake up the core, mobilize the joints, and build strength in a way that supports fluidity and control. As we heat up, we’ll transition down into the floor to explore playful floorwork phrases and dynamic ways of traveling in and out of the ground. Expect a supportive space to move, strengthen, and finish with some fun choreography to take with you.

LEVEL: Beginner

MASKING: Mask optional.
