DESCRIPTION: This open-level contemporary class invites exploration through guided improvisation to prepare a supple, responsive body and deepen connection to sensation. Emphasizing floorwork, we’ll use push/pull/fold modalities to move fluidly in and out of the floor, focusing on use of the spine, transitions, and power. Dynamic phrase work will offer space for play, choice-making, and the development of one’s artistic voice.
